Our first show of the year was on Jan. 26-27 at the Mt. Hood Equestrian Center. This was an open show put on by https://www.facebook.com/ShowTimeLlc?fref=ts. They do such a great job, have great prizes and are super fun to show with! We always look forward to their shows.
Kerry and Lola had their best showing ever in the Halter classes and received 1st place in their classes on day 2 of the show!Also on day 2, the Showmanship patter included a forehand turn with a back up to the Judge.
Kerry and Lola handled this beautifully and were again rewarded with 1st place results! Overall it was a great weekend of showing.
Kerry ended the weekend winning High Point Jr. Horse and received another gorgeous belt buckle! She is starting to collect hardware like her Dad!
A lot of success, a few lessons learned and some things to work on for the next show. And as always
we're really proud of both Kerry and Lola!
