Hip Hip Hooray! Open Show

Team Lola's show season opened with an open show at the Mt. Hood Equestrian Center in Sandy.  This was a benefit for a local trainer so we knew that the turnout would be good and the classes big.  It did not disappoint

Kerry and Lola took it all in stride and for their first outing came away with a two firsts, a second and three thirds.  It was very exciting!  Now its focus time as we all prepare for our first breed show in March!

Welcome to the family!

On February 7, 2012 we welcomed Lola into our family. Her registered name is Chippen Hearts Afire. She is a 4 year old Paint horse. We couldn't be more excited to start this adventure with Kerry.  Here is a picture of Lola when she was only 9 months old. She's a unique color and has a super sweet personality.

We are very excited to see how Kerry and Lola do in the show ring this year. It will be fun to see how they develop as a team.  We can't thank Anglea Teufel enough for creating this beautful horse and for allowing us to purchase her.  Our first horse show is in a few weeks...
